The Fitstyle by Shana Cookie Baking Workout dish towel has 5 easy leg exercises you can do while those cookies are turning golden brown!


HOW TO DO THE COOKIE BAKING WORKOUT

WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE to see how to do the exercises. Below are the specific exercises with the associated timecode in the video where they’re demonstrated:

 
  • MARCH (0:40 sec)

  • LEG LIFTS (0:49 sec)

  • PLIES (1:20 min)

 
  • LEG SWINGS (1:40 min)

  • SQUATS (2:00 min)

Start with march to warm up. You may want to do this one for at least 3-5 minutes. Then do each exercise for one-minute and rotate through each one for a 10 to 15 minute leg workout.

And use the dish towel as your reminder to make every second count!
