You already have at least 6 exercise stations built into your kitchen…your stove, microwave, sink, countertop, just to name a few.

I’ve assigned a simple and practical exercise to each of these areas and put them on the Fitstyle Kitchen Workout Dish Towel. These exercises are simple and fun to do while you’re waiting for water to boil or cookies to bake! Do these by yourself or with friends or family, making cooking or baking fit fun!

Below are the stations and exercises with the associated timecode in the video where they’re demonstrated:

  • OVEN/SQUATS (1:00 min)

  • MICROWAVE/CALF RAISES (4.40 min)

  • SINK/SIDE LEG LIFTS (2:00 min)

  • COUNTER TOP/PUSH-UPS (5.30 min)

  • STOVE/BACK LEG LIFTS (3.00 min)

  • COFFEE MACHINE/STRETCH (6.45 min)

 

Do each exercise for one-minute and rotate through each station OR just do the exercise while you happen to be standing at that particular appliance. Make every second count!

BONUS: The dish towel is there for easy reference and it dries things really well, too!
