Guilt-Free Cookie Recipes

You can find time for fitness even while you’re baking cookies, especially if one of the main ingredients is "elbow grease”! That’s one of the reasons why I call these my guilt-free cookie recipes.

Hint, the key to getting that butter and sugar nice and fluffy by hand is usually making sure your ingredients start at room temperature (unless otherwise noted in the recipe, of course)!
